Electronic cigarettes have of course nicotine mixed with either poly-glycerol or vegetable-glycerin also known as PG and VG which one is dependent on the company and its manufacture but most widely used is VG because it produces a heavier vapor. They are the soluble that allows the nicotine to vaporize and is used in everyday foods. In addition to those two things are whatever the manufacture uses to add the flavor which is also the same things used in the production of flavored food. For instance a vanilla flavored drink or food would be flavored using a vanilla extract same goes for a vanilla flavored e-liquid. Now I am no scientist with a lab able to break down the composition so this is just based on common knowledge of ecigs at this point but I wouldnt be able to provide proof to these chemicals or verify them but as a veteran vapor who does alot of research on these that is what every manufacture claims to use as well as some studies that have broken down the composition.
