Let me start this review by saying we DO NOT recommend Smoking Stick as your electronic cigarette provider. Through our testing we found their customer service to be practically nonexistent and not knowledgeable about their products. Smoking Stick’s electronic cigarette prices are also a quite high and given their customer service their e-cigs should be much less expensive than everyone else because it doesn’t seem that they have any staff to pay.
Before we ordered any electronic cigarettes we first reached out to the company in an effort to find out what they believe makes their electronic cigarettes stand out. When we first tried to contact them we did it via email and we actually got a response in just over a couple of hours. However, in the email we sent, we asked several different questions about their electronic cigarettes and the response we got was “Hi are you interested in our electronic cigarettes?”…
The first thought was just a simple wow is it that obvious. We decided to give them another chance as maybe they simply just didn’t understand our questions. We replied back and broke down the questions to their simplest form. We waited 72 business hours and never received a reply from Smoking Stick. We then sent another email asking why we never received a reply to our previous email and got an answer within less than an hour saying “I am sorry I have been really busy.” Smoking Stick could not answer these simple questions an example being if they make their own E-liquid that is used to fill their electronic cigarette cartridges and things like that.
We went to order their product and found that they have no selection for flavors what so ever. All they had to choose from were regular and menthol flavored electronic cigarette cartridges in 3 different strengths of nicotine, however, their menthol had no selection to the strength at all. You could only purchase the electronic cigarette cartridges in packs of 5 unless you are willing to sign up for their 
monthly refill program which is $40 a month and you get only 25 cartridges. Which makes each cartridge about 2$ a piece almost double the cost of their competitors.
The electronic cigarettes work just like SmokeStik electronic cigarette and BLU electronic cigarettes. They are a 3 part design just the electronic cigarette battery, the atomizer, and the e-cig cartridge. Smoking Stick’s starter kits start at $79.99 and go up from there. The carrying case for their e-cigarette is actually the charger as well so you can charge it anywhere you bring the case.
In closing we highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase the Smoking Stick electronic cigarettes. Smoking Stick’s customer service just isn’t up to par with their prices and we do not see this company lasting very long. They have limited electronic cigarette selections and nothing about Smoking Stick really stands out or makes them worth the money. If you are looking into Smoking Stick we would recommend looking into SmokeStik electronic cigarettes instead. Just read some of the customer reviews below and there wont be any doubt that the other companies are the better way to go.

If anyone is subscribed to these comments and just got a ton of emails for comments going through that had already been through before it’s because I reput in the comments through the back panel and deleted the originals because those people hit reply to another comment from months ago which in turn caused them not to fall in order and make everything look a bit funky so I redid them and that is why you just got a ton of emails. Please except our apology for that.
I ordered my Smoking Stick 2 week trial starter kit on October 7th, 2010. I found it strange at the time that there was no information provided upon ordering on how long shipping would take. So, on October 8th, I sent an email to ‘support@smokingstick.com’ just to ask how long shipping usually takes and when I could expect my product. I received the following response:

Fair enough. It irked me that it wouldn’t go out for another week, but they were extending my trial, so I was okay at this point. On the following Friday (1 week later) October 22nd, I still had not received the product and guess what? My bank account was charged $79.79. When I called (which took forever to get through) I told them I wanted the full amount refunded immediately, as I had not even received the package yet! I was then told that the extended trial was not put into their computer system and that they could refund me $20, and once I got the kit if I decided to keep it, I would only be charged $59.59. Well, I am a single mother, and I had bills coming out that were going to bounce if the full amount had not been put back in. So I told them to refund the full amount and that once the product got to me I would return it to them unopened and that I did not even want it anymore. They finally agreed to this after I had to get rude with the representative and ask to speak to a supervisor.
Well now I am dealing with the fact that they put the money back in like I asked, but then turned right around the SAME DAY and took it back out again. We will see how that goes. AND STILL NO PACKAGE! But I am reporting to the BBB and to our state Attorney General to look into for mail fraud as well. Here in Arkansas our AG does not play around with these people. I was so excited to be able to try this product, but now I’m not even sure I want to deal with anyone like this again. So if anyone has any advice on a company that is at the very least, better organized with a good product I am open to suggestions!

I placed my original order for Smoking Stick on 9/30/10. After 8 days I called and spoke to Joshua. He said to call back the nex morning at 11:00 and the shipping department could track the USPS shipment. Got music every time I called. E-mailed the “support” group (actually the shipping department?). They could not track shipment. Said they would resend and allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. As of today, 10/25/10 they still are not here. Glad I ran on to this site.
The smokeing stick company in tampa florida does suck I called them 10 times and they dont return your call I ordered this before my husband went on vaction and he never got it so he started smoking again I called and ordered again we never got the order so I asked for my money back then this one guy that answered the phone was very very nasty to me I asked for my money back he told me when I get my item to return it and they would give me my money back. I never got it its been 3 months last week they finaly gave me my money back and I never recived the Item they told me it was on back order dont ask for dewitt our donald they dont return your calls either. Hello, just like everyone else here I have been scammed as well, we all need to get together and shut this horrible company down!!! I received my smoking stick kit in August, then on Sept. 14 ordered refills on line, well needless to say I still have not received it. I have sent over 4 or 5 emails with a response about 10 days after email sent. I have been told it shipped then told it was on back order?? Well which one is it? Today I called and got the rudest SOB I have ever spoke to, first she told me it shipped and when I asked her when it shipped out she said it is still on back order??? When I showed frustation she hung up on me “What The ____? Unbelievable that they are still in business and how are they allowed?? So please everyone do not order from this company, I am contacting the BBB & Attorney General today and suggest everyone do this and maybe there will be some justice!

—As for “Smoke Stick” the only reason i wrote that article is because so many people don’t know how SmokeStik spells their names so when they are looking for Smoke Stick like through Google or other means they are finding this crap company Smoking Stick which is really becoming a pain cause to many are relating the two and don’t know the difference. SmokeStik does have a valid claim of trademark in this case but the heart of Smoking Stick is off seas and not based in the US so they cant do anything about it at this point. I hope they figure something out soon cause to many good people are being jacked of money and getting a bad taste in their mouth for Ecigs all together and relating their name to my favorite company SmokeStik A.k.A Smoke Stick…

This company needs to be shut down. They are nothing but crooks, and will take your money and never send the merchandise. Customer service is a term they know nothing about. I have talked to 3 different Reps, and got 3 different lies. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to cancel my credit card because of the charges.
I tryed smoking stick and then got one for my husband. At first everything was fine. The last order i did which was 80 dollars worth of cartridges never arrived. I called at least 3 times in the last month and everytime the person i talked to had some excuse on why it hasn’t arrived yet. I finally told them that i was done with them and wanted my money back. So far i haven’t receieved a refund. I called to check on all that and felt like i was being accused of lying about not getting my order. He said that a lot of people call and say they aren’t getting their product when they have it on their records that they have recieved it. If i don’t get a refund then i will be making calls. i’ll report them to the B.B.B. The customer service people are rude. I ordered the blu cig and hopefully they will be better. I also have a max cig and like their product.
sorry to hear that happened to you. Indeed you should contact anyone that you think may be able to help however I am not sure that the B.B.B. can do anything. Yes they have a “Miami” address however that is a front. They are acually located out of the US I forget where so Smoking Stick would be hard to attack with US laws and actions. This is why SmokeStik is having such an issue with getting them for infringing on the trademarks of their name.

Just wanted to let everyone know I called my bank to dispute the charge and they were already familiar with this business. The bank rep recommended I file a claim with the Attorney General’s office. I hope each of you does the same. It is time to stop these people from defrauding customers!
Ordered Smoking Stick on 8/12/2010 and haven’t received shipment. No answer at customer service number, and only once was there someone available through online chat. The person obviously is not familiar with English language. I asked for shipment date and tracking number for USPS, since that was the only option when I ordered. Iwas told it was shipped on the 8/12/2010 there was no tracking number. Just sent an email to their support address, threatening to pursue the revocation of their ability to accept Visa and contact their local police department. This is a form of intellectual crime – fraud! I wonder who is listed as the of their corporation name? I’m sure Florida’s corporations office is online. Don’t take this sitting down. Dispute the charges with your credit card company/bank, and push for this company to be shut down! We have rights.

I purchased a smoking stick on August 4th and have still not received it. My first call to customer service I was told that it had been on back order and shipped on the 9th. My second call I was told it shipped on the 10th. I did a chat with customer service today and they said they showed it had been delivered but if I hadnt received it they would ship another one. They said that they showed that it was ordered the 3rd and delivered the 10th. When I told her that I hadnt ordered it until the 4th she ended the chat. I called customer service and the guy said he showed it was shipping out today. By that time I was so fustrated that I hung up. Now I’m wondering if I am ever going to get it or if my money is lost.
I made the mistake of getting smoking stick. It has cost me a lot of money and they have no customer service to speak of. I ordered menthol several months ago and they just keep sending me the regular. I have sent them several emails today in a row to cancel the subscription and left a message with their online chat, and tried to call. As in their norm, they had ate answer machine on but no way to leave a message. No one ever answers. I have called at many different times of day and night. I wish I had seen this review page before i ordered from them.

Customer service is a total joke. Paid for over night and when I called they told me that they dont even have overnight shipping. Called customer service and they kept hanging up on me. Buyer be ware. DONT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THere is WAY to many reputable companies out there and you will not have to deal with grief like this. Yeah they have a habit of not refunding money or even communicating with their customers. Just to clearify your comment you did not buy Smoke Stick you bought Smoking Stick….. two seperate companies. Be sure you dont confuse them.
I bought the smoking stick for my husband as a gift. It came on Monday. Tuesday evening he was smoking it and realized it had broken. It would not smoke any more. We tried everything we could think of including charging it and resetting it and nothing worked. When I called the company to complain about their product breaking after only 1 day their response was “return it to us at your cost”. They would not refund my shipping even though they supply an inferior product. The customer service person I spoke with was rude to say the least. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she was even more rude. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!
@Victoria Hall; the short answer would be no. I have seen a couple gas stations sell some and the mall may carry some but they are really poor quality ones that would not fit most of the models sold online. Plus they are about three times more expensive then they would be online. The ones I saw looked like something you would find in a toy store the way they were packaged. Wouldn’t recommend picking up any from a local store and to stick online. I don’t think that they will really hit stores for at least another year or two but who knows maybe one day the electronic cigarette will be as readily available as analog cigarettes.
If you worried about shipping times most companies are pretty fast only taking 2 to 3 days to arrive so I would not worry to much about it.

I’ve tried almost any electronic cigarette I can get my hands on,went to their site but didn’t get a chance to try it out .Thanks for the info. Glad I didnt get the chance to buy theirs. I am happy with my green smoke electronic cigarette anyways. Its a little pricey compared to the other ones yeah but I think it has the best quality. I liked the eluma one too but the Green Smoke electronic cigarette was just better.
I ordered the smoking stick, the taste was better tasting than the smoking everywhere that I had tried. I knew about the automated shipments and placed my order early because I wanted to reduce the strength to medium. A week after I recieved that shipment, I recieved ANOTHER shipment of cartridges with the HIGH dose. I called customer service and was told to seal up the envelope and send it back “return to sender”, when I informed him that was illegal, first he argued, then said “well, everyone does it”. I asked for a postage paid envelope to return the cartridges and was told I would have to pay to send it back, and that I would NOT be refunded the 5 dollar shipping charge for the erroneous shipment. The brainless supervisor Christine was no help and basically I would be paying ten bucks of my own money to get refunded 35 bucks of an order that was sent in error, THEIR error. I have put a dispute on the credit card, cancelled all future orders permanently and notified my postmaster of the illegal advice they give and encourage. What idiots, I was testing differents brands and companies to use for our heart attack and lung cancer patients that smoke…boy did they blow it. Ordered the Eluma’s today. Stay away from smoking stick!
I had the EXACT same problem. I called to complain and they told me I would have to send it back at my own expense. The supervisor I spoke with was less than useless. Today I see that they charged my credit card anyway, even though I did end up paying the shipping myself. Ridiculous!

I looked at you other reviews and I am going to go with eluma smokeless cigarettes. They look awesome. I cant wait till it gets here im so excited. Ill post a comment on the eluma electronic cigarette review when i get the package. Again thank you for your honest reviews I am so glad i did not buy smoking sticks crap.
I ordered from Smoke Stick on May 25,2010, and a package arrived today 06-03-2010. That is 9 days after I ordered it.
I refused the package. On Google maps street view, it shows one vehicle in the parking lot, of that address. I never plan on doing business with Smoke Stick of Tampa, FL.

3. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
You may return the product within 30days of ordering. If you cancel your order, your postage and packing fee will not be refunded.
In order for refunds to be issued, product must be sent back to us at the provided address. No item will be accepted for return if it is not accompanied by a valid RMA number. An RMA number can be obtained by calling Customer Service at 954-343-8768 or send us an email atsupport@SmokingStickNow.com within the return period. If an item is returned without an RMA number then your item will not be accepted for return or refund. Once the product is received and checked by our warehouse, we will issue you the appropriate refund. The items must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damaged product may void issuance of refund.
4. HOW TO CANCEL
To cancel and avoid further charges for the trial shipment and/or to cancel enrollment in the auto delivery program, call our customer service line toll free at 954-343-8768, or sending us a message at support@SmokingStickNow.com. Live customer service agents are available Monday thru Friday 10AM-7PM GMT. Please have your order number available to cancel. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, you will not be charged for any shipments that have not already been sent.

FROM THE ADMIN: the trial offer is 14 days from the day you order it! so if it takes 10 days to get your product you only have 4 days to try it and get it back to them before they slam your credit card with fees. Trial offer a scam for sure! If you insist on getting their product i wouldnt do the free trial cause it also has a reoccuring monthly fee! read the terms!
I placed a free trial order on May 25, and as of June 2, there is no shipment received. After I read some of the reviews I canceled my credit card, and had it replaced with a new one. I went on Google maps and got a street view of the street address that they use. At least I can send a postal investigator a picture of the place if they try to pull any funny stuff, like charging my credit card, without authorization. If I receive a shipment from smoke stick, I will refuse it.

I completely understand this is why we are so persistant on trying to inform people about this company. We dont want people to buy this because of exactly what you are going through. We went through the same exact thing and it turns out that this company is actually trying to steal the name of pretty much the best all around customer service company out there known as smokestik as you can see it spelled differently we have just gotten their products and are writing our review on their products now and let me tell you as a little preview they are absolutly the best! I intend on putting the link to them in this review when done but you should really check them out. They were one of the very first companies out and own their own manufacturing company and make EVERYTHING themselves!

I ordered the smoking stick two weeks ago, and have not bought a pack of cigarettes since. I am 48 years old and have been smoking since I was 13. For the first time in my life I have been able to go without a cigarette for over 2 weeks. They sent me 25 cartridges, I still have 4 l left, and I am a chain smoker in the evenings. The smoking stick is so real, tastes BETTER than real cigarettes, lasts all day before I have to charge it again. It feels so real to me that I have been on the phone smoking it and looking for an ashtray. I have almost started to light it 3 times in two weeks, that is how real it seems. My only complaint is that it LOOKS just like a real cigarette. I would prefer that it was like the Blu (which I have orderded and STILL not received., (I received my Smoking Stick in the 4 days they promised), in that Blu does not LOOK like a cigarette, and the end lights Blue. When I smoke my Smoking Stick I still look like I am smoking a cigarette. I’d rather look like I was smoking an ECIG. I tried Fifty-One today, not worth the money, they don’t hit as well and don’t taste very good. Fifty One was a HUGE waste of money. It also sounds like sucking water when you hit it. As a chain-smoker, I really am looking forward to trying BLU, as I think these are awesome, and if they are not rated as highly as Blu, I am so excited to recieve my BLU ECIGS!!!
im glad to hear that you loved your ecigs. For the most part the product itself from smoking stick isnt all that bad really. Their problems are with customer service for sure. It sounds to me like you got your ecigs before they went off the deep end and just stopped caring. One they had some money coming in they just dropped off planet and started screwing everyone over. If you google smoking stick complaints there are a ton of results.
Smoking stick has reached out to me several times about my negative review and asked me to call them so they can work something out which everytime i call no big surprise noone is available then it takes a week to hear back from anyone. I would not doubt that you are a smoking stick rep trying to get people to buy from you regardless of the review but thats fine. I welcome all comments and if this is a real comment you will love your blucig WAY better! Their catridges are only 1$ a peice too which is much cheaper then 3$ a cartridge with Smoking Stick. ENJOY and thanks for giving them time to tell us your experiences.
We intend on trying to purchase another smoking stick next month and give them another shot. We will add to this review our findings but i know for a fact they cant compare to ELUMA or Blu Cig. Their price is to high and selection to low. But hopefully their customer service will step up anyhow.
Yep, true to form smoking stick charged my back account the full purchase price for the smoking stick I returned to them 3 weeks ago. I’m calling the BBB.
Are the cartridges from the smoking stick the same as other brands. I already have a smoking stick and would like to check into other brand cartridges.
they use the same cartridges as BLU and Eluma E-cigs use. They should be interchangeable
