Since everyone has had terrible experiences with smoking stick’s ridiculously bad customer service, can the company’s owner be contacted? Who owns this company? Especially if it’s not based in the US the owner may be unaware of what’s going on.

Same thing happened to me. I called my credit card company to put a hold on the payments and, low and behold, the cigs showed up. I ordered them in October 4th and received them November 27th!

I ordered the cartridges on October 4th. It’s now November 26th and nothing. I called several times and was very persistant. I was told over and over again back in Oct. that may shipment went out. Iasked for a tracking number and they couldn’t provide it. One said they ship DHL, another said USPS one said UPS. I finally got what sounded as a young man and he sounded very frustrated. When I finally backed him into a corner his response to me was, “where do you think your cartridges are?” I said “you tell me where they are” and then he said, “Haven’t you figured it out yet? We don’t have any. We’ve been backordered for quite a while. We were told to lie to the customers and tell them they were shipped though we don’t have any and that he was tired of lying.” I called back and spoke to a supervisor and he said, “you’re hearing what you want to hear.” I started laughing. I told him I was a woman in nicotine withdrawal and to stop messing with me. He then admitted they were out of them and would send me a lower nicotine that was supposely in stock until the others came in and I would get them in 5 days. That was 5 weeks ago. I actually did like the smoking stick while I had it now I’m chewing Nicorette and going to buy from a new company. Got very close to buying regular cigarettes again. All I can say is WOW!

I’ve left a comment on here about how bad their customer service is and it’s true! I bought from them and got one for my husband and extra batteries and automizers. I’m done dealing with smoking stick and have told them so. Wouldn’t you know that almost two months later they sent me 50 free cartridges. I still refuse to order from them because I refuse to deal with customer service and the extremely long wait for the product. I’ve found a lot better e-cig with good customer service and they actually provide you with a tracking number unlike smoking stick. Found a good e-juice company too. No more hassles for me!

Yea, I ordered on Oct. 18, took shipping charges out the 19th, called me that Monday asked if I was willing to go ahead and make purchase, I asked if it was a 1 time deal, they said yes so I said okay. So they took 69.97 out of my account. Still have not recieved product. Started trying to contact the comany…..can not contact them!!! Phone says unavailable leave a message but you cant. Web site contact is offline. I finally called my bank and reported it as fraud!

I ordered a Smoking Stick on 10/4/10. As of today, 11/2/10, it still hasn’t arrived. Called numerous times and each time was told that it was shipped….each time they gave me a different ship date. I told them today that I wanted my money back and they told me they couldn’t because it was shipped…..no problem, disputed with my credit card so I’m sure I’ll get my money back.

Don’t use this company! They are a scam.

Sorry to hear about the issues that you had with Smoking Stick as you can see there is a pretty big trend to that. Anyways I would highly recommend checking out SmokeStik. SMOKE STIK is the ultimate electronic cigarette company they are by far WAYYYY better than smoking stick and there are a ton of people that confuse the two companies. I spoke to one of the higher up guys in the company and couldn't believe how much grief they have to deal with thanks to Smoking Stick trying to use a name that will confuse customers as to what company is the right one. Check out Smoke Stik you will not regret it i assure you! Tons of celebrities even use them.

I ordered my Smoking Stick 2 week trial starter kit on October 7th, 2010. I found it strange at the time that there was no information provided upon ordering on how long shipping would take. So, on October 8th, I sent an email to ‘support@smokingstick.com’ just to ask how long shipping usually takes and when I could expect my product. I received the following response:

Dear Customer,

Due to a previous back order the shipment of order 5ME-334348775 will be delayed until 10-15-10. Your trial offer will be extended to meet the full
14 days. If you have any questions or concerns please call Customer Service at 1-866-950-6351, hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm eastern standard time.

Fair enough. It irked me that it wouldn’t go out for another week, but they were extending my trial, so I was okay at this point. On the following Friday (1 week later) October 22nd, I still had not received the product and guess what? My bank account was charged $79.79. When I called (which took forever to get through) I told them I wanted the full amount refunded immediately, as I had not even received the package yet! I was then told that the extended trial was not put into their computer system and that they could refund me $20, and once I got the kit if I decided to keep it, I would only be charged $59.59. Well, I am a single mother, and I had bills coming out that were going to bounce if the full amount had not been put back in. So I told them to refund the full amount and that once the product got to me I would return it to them unopened and that I did not even want it anymore. They finally agreed to this after I had to get rude with the representative and ask to speak to a supervisor.

Well now I am dealing with the fact that they put the money back in like I asked, but then turned right around the SAME DAY and took it back out again. We will see how that goes. AND STILL NO PACKAGE! But I am reporting to the BBB and to our state Attorney General to look into for mail fraud as well. Here in Arkansas our AG does not play around with these people. I was so excited to be able to try this product, but now I’m not even sure I want to deal with anyone like this again. So if anyone has any advice on a company that is at the very least, better organized with a good product I am open to suggestions!

I placed my original order for Smoking Stick on 9/30/10. After 8 days I called and spoke to Joshua. He said to call back the nex morning at 11:00 and the shipping department could track the USPS shipment. Got music every time I called. E-mailed the “support” group (actually the shipping department?). They could not track shipment. Said they would resend and allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. As of today, 10/25/10 they still are not here. Glad I ran on to this site.

The smokeing stick company in tampa florida does suck I called them 10 times and they dont return your call I ordered this before my husband went on vaction and he never got it so he started smoking again I called and ordered again we never got the order so I asked for my money back then this one guy that answered the phone was very very nasty to me I asked for my money back he told me when I get my item to return it and they would give me my money back. I never got it its been 3 months last week they finaly gave me my money back and I never recived the Item they told me it was on back order dont ask for dewitt our donald they dont return your calls either. I think they should be closed down our get new people That does want to work in that company that is not so nasty on the phone.

Hello, just like everyone else here I have been scammed as well, we all need to get together and shut this horrible company down!!! I received my smoking stick kit in August, then on Sept. 14 ordered refills on line, well needless to say I still have not received it. I have sent over 4 or 5 emails with a response about 10 days after email sent. I have been told it shipped then told it was on back order?? Well which one is it? Today I called and got the rudest SOB I have ever spoke to, first she told me it shipped and when I asked her when it shipped out she said it is still on back order??? When I showed frustation she hung up on me “What The ____? Unbelievable that they are still in business and how are they allowed?? So please everyone do not order from this company, I am contacting the BBB & Attorney General today and suggest everyone do this and maybe there will be some justice!
Also another reason I am reaching out is to anyone who has used smokingstick and has found another company with the same satisfaction of hit I would like to know because unfortunately I have tried two others since and they do not compare.Thanks for any input.

Good question it is very confusing I know lol. Heres the thing…

—”Smoking Stick” is reported by SOOOO many to be a horrible scam company even the BBB has 100s of complaints on them.

—”SmokeStik” is a excellent company and one of my favorites out there and thats on serious trials I have tried all the companies personally and SmokeStik is top 5 for sure.

—As for “Smoke Stick” the only reason i wrote that article is because so many people don’t know how SmokeStik spells their names so when they are looking for Smoke Stick like through Google or other means they are finding this crap company Smoking Stick which is really becoming a pain cause to many are relating the two and don’t know the difference. So i wrote a second review about SmokeStik but referenced them as Smoke Stick in hopes that those people looking for information about them are not directed to this page anymore soon.

So in closing that second review that they are referenced as Smoke Stick is the same exact review as SmokeStik just rewrote it to try and help those out there from getting scammed by Smoking Stick in all the confusion

SmokeStik does have a valid claim of trademark in this case but the heart of Smoking Stick is off seas and not based in the US so they cant do anything about it at this point. I hope they figure something out soon cause to many good people are being jacked of money and getting a bad taste in their mouth for Ecigs all together and relating their name to my favorite company SmokeStik A.k.A Smoke Stick…
