For this South Beach Smoke electronic cigarette review we were sent a Deluxe Starter Kit to test out with several of their cartomizers in various flavors. The starter kit arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition. We opened it up and got started with our testing process. The South Beach Smoke electronic cigarette was very simple to setup since it had only two parts, the cartomizer and the battery. The vapor production of the South Beach E-cig was absolutely outstanding. The electronic cigarette was very easy to draw on with a good amount of airflow. We found that the higher nicotine cartomizers gave a much better throat hit but all the different levels of nicotine had incredibly amazing amounts of flavor. The flavors we tried were tobacco, menthol, cherry, chocolate, and vanilla. One comment we wanted to be sure to add here is that the chocolate tasted just like a tootsie roll, it was pure heaven! I found myself hording the South Beach electronic cigarette from my fellow testers as it was so tasty.
The vapor and flavor quality was absolutely outstanding and gets 5 stars by far. The battery had a excellent charge and lasted through the testing for a very decent amount of time. South Beach Smoke electronic cigarettes had great customer service as well. Typically when we are sent a electronic cigarette we don’t have any order numbers or anything like that so when we call in we act as a new customer looking to sign up for their service. They have something called the “Smoke Home Delivery Program” which is a program that allows you to get shipments of their electronic cigarette cartridges on a monthly basis without needing to log on to their site and purchase them. This can be defiantly helpful to the busy person that doesn’t have time to order them or someone that may forget or not realize they are almost out of cartridges. With the South Beach Smoke Home Delivery Program a fresh shipment of at least 15 cartridges will be sent every month with the nicotine levels and flavors you specify at checkout which can be adjusted or canceled at any time with no restrictions. Bottom line South Beach Smoke electronic cigarettes have a great product with superb amounts of vapor production accompanied by very tasty flavors. Their prices however are only worth it if you enroll in their “Smoke Home Delivery Program” and again that can be canceled at anytime with no restrictions. If they lower their prices at any point it states in the enrollment details that your prices will be automatically reduced to match the current promotion they may be running so you don’t need to worry that you may be paying more down the road if they reduce their prices at any point. South Beach Smoke electronic cigarettes do have a lifetime warranty but it’s only available to Home Delivery customers which in our opinion is a must because their battery prices are incredibly high. They charge between $40 and $50 dollars for a replacement battery which is incredibly high compared to market average, however, with the lifetime replacement warranty should the product, in South Beach Smoke’s opinion, fail to be in good working order during the useful life of the product, South Beach Smoke will replace this product at no charge (excludes shipping and handling charge), provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-South Beach Smoke authorized modification or repair.
In closing, we at Ecigsavings definitely recommend South Beach Smoke electronic cigarettes if you enroll in the South Beach Smoke Home Delivery Program. South Beach Smoke Home Delivery Program is not a bad thing either. Yes- I highly recommend SOUTH BEACH SMOKE to anyone who wants a real, fantastic, well priced e-cigarette brand. To any smokers who have not tried e-cigs. I really love South Beach Smoke’s charging case. It’s a very handy accessory! I use mine all the time, I work really long hours and never am home. I like the cartridge/ battery system, 2-piece models are the way to go! I like the way they work, and how they make me feel. I absolutely love this. I smoked a pack a day for who knows how many years… And as a previous smoker – there is nothing cool about smoking! I really like south beach smokes a lot, I haven’t had any problems with them. I’ve only used them for a couple months but they know what there doing I am getting tons of vapor and my Supermax batteries last a whole day. I had to get a second battery because in the beginning i got the smallest starter kit, and 1 battery was not enough. i like having the 2 sizes anyway, so if I get more batteries, I will get the high capacity ones, longer body lasts longer. I also like the manual switch on them b/c it does have better vapor.
The crtridges are great also, they don’t leak and don’t have any problems.
So much relief these little e-cig batteries give me! I always regretted that I started smoking back when I was in junior high- now in college and so happy to have done the right thing and quit smoking. I did it with these e-cigarettes and I am really pleased with how great they are! Its so much like the real thing and it sure beats having nothing to help deal with the lingering cigarette cravings. I tried south beach’s new disposables a couple weeks ago- amazing! Ive used their e-cigas for a long time and love how they’re always coming out with new, cool stuff.
The disposables are exactly like the reg. e-cigs, but easier, and more convenient when you need to toss them after. i used them on a recent vacation and loved how easy they were to use. i was able to smoke in the airport terminal, in the cab, at the hotel… not like i couldnt do that with reg. e-cigs, but i didnt have to charge them and then trash them when done. they say each one is about 2 cigarette packs, i think they go a little farther than that. i just wish they came in more flavors, but the tobacco and menthol are great to start out with, great for having in the bag, great for travell.
south beach smoke is amazing and I’m more than thrilled to use them instead of cigarettes. They have good, wellmade cartridges and they don’t leak!!! Have you ever tasted e-liquid? Its disgusting and I don’t like the e-cigs that leak b/c they are nasty. the flavors that sbs offers are fun and delicious and i like that they make it not like a “quit smoking method” its more casual and enjoyable than actually quitting with a gum/ patch thing. I’ve referrred a few friends too, and they’ve said the same things- they love these as much as i do!
Anyone who uses e-cigs knows there are so many bad scammy, sketchy brands in this business. What is nice and different about south beach smoke is that they are one of the only ones to really be there for the customer and really provide more than just a product. to me, its a whole service and the people in the company are amazing with the customer service. ive called them, and a person will answer the phone. not a person in some far away country with an accent i can barely make out but someone here who understands what i am saying! and then, jsut to make it like crazy-amazing, the people on the other end of the line know the products, know everything about them so problems get fixed really fast. good products only go so far, having this kind of service to the people is so valuable. ive been with them for more than a year and have no need fr cigarettes, and i love the products as much now as in the beginning.
Not the first ones I have ever tried when it comes to e-cigarettes but the best. Ive tried nearly every model style. South Beach’s 2piece= FANTASTIC! All the work is taken out- they work perfectly very little issues i’ve had in the 8 mos since i statrted using them. carts screw on and off- thats it! the Home Delivery program auto-ship program is genius, saves 20%- love this, and they arrive on time every month. no running out ever. for any beginners out there, this would be great to start w/ being so simple and very close to taste and feel of a real cigarette. much better than most other e-cigs out there also.
I did a research about this brand, very disappointed, batteries go bad after one or two recharges, I recommend the brand to few of my friends and now they are mad at me, all of them has the same problems. they end up going back to regular cigarettes, i order other brand hope they will be better, my advice, do not go to waste you time and money with south beach, good customer service but terrible product.
I enjoy their ecig but they have the worst customer service around with reps trained to lie to you directly.
1st order they claimed to ship on January second. A few days later tracking hasn’t updated and I call and am told the order was shipped on the 2nd. Same deal a few days after that. Finally 10 days or so after the order I call again, the rep tells me that the order hasn’t shipped because they are out of stock of cartridges. This proves that they first few customer service representatives lied.
2nd order was cartridges with their home delivery program. Shipped out on time and everything looked good. Opened up the package a week or two later when I ran out of cartridges from my original order. I find that they sent THE WRONG cartridges designed for their OTHER ecig. Super, cartridges that don’t work with my model. Call them up and the customer service rep says they’ll ship out the correct cartridges immediately and I would receive an email with tracking within 2 days. That was 2 weeks ago. They haven’t done shit and once again lied to me. Called yesterday and was totally blown off by customer service. Sent and email seeing if their customer service is any better if you don’t talk to them. No response.
Been totally calm and laid back with all communications with these idiots and crooks (except for the email hah!). Nothing works.
Going to file a complaint with the BBB on monday assuming they haven’t made any progress with the most recent issue.
I had the exact same thing happen to me. I ordered a package of menthols a few weeks after I started with South Beach, a couple days go by and I received the usual we sent your stuff email. After two weeks, nothing. I call customer service and they said “oh, we’re backed up, that hasn’t shipped yet”. So the email was a straight out lie, nothing shipped. They took off the $10 shipping charge, which is pretty high anyways, and I didn’t receive the product for another two weeks. Luckily I wasn’t low on cartridges, but it I had, that would have been a rough time. The product is decent, but customer service leaves something to be desired.
I ordered my package and after 1 month of waiting (government employee overseas) I called and the customer service rep sent me another set. I ordered the Deluxe set. You can by the way refill cartomizers. This ecig produces decent vapor and the flavor is ok. The home delivery program….we i like to buy liquids around different places, but I stay enrolled in the program because as long as you are enrolled in home delivery you e-cig is covered under warranty, i just changed my delivery time to every 120 days!
I have used the Premium kit for a few weeks now and am frustrated with a lack of vapor. I do not want the Deluxe kit since I like filling my cartridges with flavored juice that SBS does not carry. The first few drages give a nice puff but if the cartridge is not completely full of juice it is like smoking an ultra light with extremely little vapor. The battery is fully charged as well. It is hit or miss. Customer service is excellent though!
What level of nicotine cartridges are you using out of curiosity?
18mg. Was using 6mg but that didn’t seem strong enough.
oh ok awesome. Just wanted to make sure you werent using a lower end nicotine level because I know that some manufactures actually produce less vapor on lower end nicotine. We are testing a new brand that hasnt even fully launched yet and I must say it is the best vapor production I have ever tried in my life. Their website isnt live yet so once it is I will let you know where to go but if you dont want to wait Firebrand is a great alternative. They have some serious vapor capabilities.

I got my kit yesterday — took 4 days to arrive and everything was in perfect condition. I haven’t smoked a real cig since I got it despite being a 2 pack a day smoker for 22 years. The battery lasts about a day. I got the menthol and it tastes great. Highly recommended!
